iTweetSong v1.2 is just been approved and released on AppStore.

It allow you to post your listening song on Twitter with single click! And it is still FREE now. So I hope you get it now and give me some comments, I will keeping to improve it!

Some OS3.1 users report that there is some problem when they posting the tweet. It is resolved and new version has been submitted and in review.

I don't get it. Just downloaded it, but what does it offer that my other Twitter clients don't? Just the quick tweeting with a hashtag for iTweetSong? Am I missing something?

It will auto-load the information of the playing song on your iPod, so you should listen to a song before you start iTweetSong.
