iPhone 11 Pro IUP and Apple Credit Card Issues

For the third time in a row my Apple Credit Card was declined for IUP payment when using it for autopay.

Is anyone else seeing this issue?

Citizen's Bank informed me that their system is changing the card's expiration date to a default date of 12/2022 causing the transaction to be declined.

Seems to me then this is a Citizens issue. Didn't they offer to look into it?
I used my card for the IUP and so far no issues.
