Does anyone know how long it takes for citizens one to update your account after your traded in phone has been received by Apple? They ended up taking out an additional payment, after I pre-ordered my phone. Hopefully that will get refunded? Has anybody’s account been updated yet? I tried to call but they were no help.

Citizens one bank has owed me over payment since October 2 and they acknowledge that they owe me. Only that they said they were too busy processing refunds for other customers.. and therefore could give me no time table for when my refund will be issued. Next week, will be a month.
My payments are charged to my credit card. Call your credit card customer service and dispute the last charge. That’s one way to get their attention.
