Other IUP/AppleCare + Question

Does anyone know if the two incidents renew every time you upgrade your phone through IUP? In other words, can I use the $29 screen repair twice during my 12 months with iPhone 11 or will I then have to wait for 24 months to pass even if I upgrade to the iPhone 12 in September?

It is 2 incidents per phone/purchase per 24 months. Each device you buy is a new contract. It isn't the same phone or same purchase. So if you upgrade yearly, it is like getting 2 incidents each year.
