Other IUP card declined but was charged?

Okay so I did the preapproval for the IUP and went through Citizens Bank. It kicked it back and said it didn't process but checked my account and it charged me the $49.91. Anyone have this issue? did it go through or not? lol

Sorry to hear this. I got charged on my apple credit card instantaneously but also received the confirmation email that I was pre-approved. Did you receive an email confirmation? Did you check the apple store app, under the for you tab?

A couple other people had problems getting approved or even got declined. They called citizens one and got the issues resolved. I’d call, especially since you got charged.
