Welp, this was officially a fail. I don't want delivery as I won't be home that weekend. I've also had issues twice sending a phone back that was "lost" and had to fight for months to not be charged hundreds of dollars. Whole reason I switched to the iPhone Upgrade Program was because you did all the swapping in store.
Officially given up, all the time slots are gone for stores near me anyway. Maybe I'll just wait until the iPhone 15. Definitely the worst pre-order experience in a while.
