I stopped using iUP bc the hassle of returning/rebuying was too much an issue and messed with eligibility the next year.

For example: Loan starts 9/16. iPhone comes damaged. You return 9/16 but your new iPhone comes a week later. They close the loan then reopen a new one 9/23. Now if that date gets delayed even more, you may have to pay an extra month to be eligible.

This was too much a hassle for me so I go through Apple Card finance now
