I've been getting into serious photography, so I decided that I should redo my website. I'm trying to make it more professional while keeping the personal look to it. The website development and design is second to my photography as like I said I'm trying to seriously to get into photography. Here's my website - https://www.miniaturephotographer.com/blog.php

I'm not asking for critiques as I just wanted to share my website to MacRumors.

I've slowly been adding on to my website and taking more pictures with my cameras.

Here's a picture gallery page that I added to the website -> https://www.miniaturephotographer.com/gallery.php

I have designed and developed the entire website myself using HTML, CSS, Vanilla Javascript, Smarty (a nice templating system) and PHP. I still have to make it a little more responsive friend for smartphones and tablets. I concentrating solely on my own content which includes pictures that I have been taking on a regular basis. I finally am comfortable with PHP and I getting really comfortable with Vanilla Javascript. I'm also learning about Grids and Flexbox in CSS that has helped out tremendously especially my calendar that I developed myself. I know there's SquareSpace and Wordpress that makes web design and development easier, but I enjoy getting down to the bare essentials to further my own knowledge. I find myself not painting myself in a corner as I can get myself out of one with these skills. I don't have to hope that I can find a Mickey Mouse solution or wait to a fix comes out from the developers of these services.
