Basically, I've locked my MBP from Apple watch as I couldn't find it.

Once I found it, I opened it...and can still use it as normal? It shows as "locked" in Find My but nothing changed. Is this normal?

To receive the lock command, the machine would probably have to be online at some point. If that didn't happen while it was missing, maybe that's why it wasn't locked.

That makes sense, but now my iPhone doesn't see my MBP at all in Find My - even though it's 1 meter away on the same Wi-Fi - and both of them show the MBP is locked in "Find My". Now I'm wondering if I should reset it
