Can anyone who already got the MBA tell me hows the battery life goes?

How long does it last if you do surfing the web and listening to music or browsing iPhoto libary?

Thanks a lot (my only concern left)

I got my MacBook Air this morning (1.6GHz). So far the battery life is on par with Apple's 5 hours (I've gotten around 4 hours with WiFi and energy set to normal). It reminds me of the great life on the iPhone, you don't expect so muxh out of something so thin. It seems to have better battery life than my previous 12" PowerBook. I don't think battery life will be an issue for what you're going to do.

Someone (Engadget?) said they only got 3.x hours or something--until they lowered the brightness of the screen. These screens have brightness to spare, so that doesn't bother me. Of COURSE Apple's "up to" battery times are not at max brightness (but they are measured with WiFi on). So--turndown the brightness when you don't need it, avoid sending power to things like Bluetooth and lighted keys when you don't need them, and it seems like you'll get something like Apple's stated time.

CPU and HD usage will cause a lot of variation of course. Expect most people in most situations to get less than the "up to" 5 hours amount.

Sounds not bad so for. Actually I will be please with any number above 4 hrs. I think I solve my last concern as well, so I will just wait a couple of weeks to see if there is gonna be a new MBP....
Also, will they be widely available soon? Let's say in a couple of weeks.... I mean Apple website stating ships in 2-3 business days or something like that
