I made the switch back in early Dec. 07, and purchased a Mac Pro and 23" ACD. Loved it so much, I couldn't bare to use my vaio laptop, so I'm now the proud pappa of a new 17" MacBook Pro. Thanks to all who have posted on these forums, you've been a great help in my transformation.

It is definitely good for video-editing. Much faster then my old desktop.
