iVI + Elgato turbo help?

I LOVE iVI and want to use it to convert all my video files into a format compatible with my appletv, iPad, iPhone and iTunes.

But the files i have in 1080p won't convert using the turbo stick and takes a lot of time and CPU usage without it.

Any solutions?
