iWeb 3.0 secure login?

Hi,

Is it possible to set up secure logins for individuals to view their own specific information on an iweb 3.0 site? For example, for students to login to view their courses and schedule or documents. I've heard this can be done with .mac/.me accounts but I wondering about sites hosted else where. Are there plugins or work arounds that make this possible?

How secure is secure enough for you? Just a password, or total encryption of information? MobileMe has something for password protection, but it's at the lower levels of secure-ness.

While it can possibly be done with MobileMe, if you're wanting to do more than display basic HTML I would suggest looking at proper web hosting (you can password protect a directory, or use PHP etc to password protect pages).
