iWeb and disappearing text block. Help!

My iWeb-designed site develops new issues every day-
Today's issue is one one page and one page only of my site: Here is a link to that page:

It loads in OK, but if you mouse over the Nav bar at left, the text disappears. I can see that the links are there, but in a blank text box. It looks like this in 3 different browsers-Safari, Firefox and Opera.

I got iWeb as I know very little about HTML code. If there are errors in the code, I am willing to learn how to fix them.

Is anyone here an iWeb "expert"?
