You do not need a .Mac account to create a website with iWeb. In fact, you can upload your iWeb site directly to that domain.

In iWeb, select File > "Publish to a Folder", then upload that folder (and index file) via FTP to your website server.

FTP is one method of transferring your site from your computer to a web server (WebDAV as a less common alternative).

As EricNau mentioned, you don't need a .Mac account to use iWeb. However, you will need some webspace. Possibly your domain may have come with some, but more likely you will need to buy a hosting account. Check out TJR Networks, Myacen or search these forums for other hosts that members here like.

Once you have bought some webspace, all you need to do is enter the hosts nameservers in your domain name registrar's control panel and upload your site. :)
