I have iWeb installed on 10.10.4. Keep in mind that you may get a message that certain font aren't available in 10.10.4. Other that iWeb does seem to work.

But i can't install. Doesn't allow.

I had it previously installed and copied it to an external hard drive. I just drag it from the external drive to 10.10.4 Applications folder. What are you installing it from?
