iWeb tip required

I am seeking someone who has a higher level handle on the iWeb software.

I got tired of paying flash design companies to develop and update my company site, and when I got my new Mac Book Pro - the iWeb software was included.

My site: www.simtechinnovations.com The site is still being assembled, so is not yet fully operational.

Question:
I am having a challenge linking text to a particular page. All other pages respond to the linking process, but not the one I call "Contact Details".

Any clues would be appreciated.
