iPhone iWidget crashing constantly

iPhone 5s - iWidget crashes multiple times a day, and even when I am not using the phone. I will go to check if I have any missed calls or texts, and my phone will be in safe mode.

Is there any way to tell what is causing this? Ive tried uninstalling other tweaks but I cant seem to pin down why its happening. My ipad mini retina display has not crashed one time with the same widget.

I love the concept of iwidget but man is the implementation mediocre along with the mediocre widgets I've seen for it.

I've found that placing a widget or moving a widget causes an instant crash into safe mode. Once I've restarted though, as long as I don't touch the widget I have no problems.
