iWork Apps no longer free on 5s in App Store?

Something's messed up right now in the App Store. I have a 5s, and downloaded Numbers for free a couple weeks ago, and downloaded iMovie for free this morning. About an hour ago, I noticed that Numbers and iMovie were free on my 4th Gen iPad. However, now Pages and Keynote are $9.99 on my 5s?

Also, I can't see Garageband in the App Store on either of my iOS devices. I'm sure it'll all get fleshed out one all the iApps are updated...hopefully.

I can download everything except Pages; it says it's Free, than you press Install, and then after it just says Free again...

I'm getting exactly the same error on my 5s.

Does anybody know how to fix this?
