Jack trs on iMac mid 2011

Hello everyone,

I have purchased headset with trs jack but if I use the headset with Windows (Bootcamp), the headeset's microphone doesn't work. My iMac is a mid 2011. The audio card is Cirrus Logic CS4206B (AB 32).

Is it a limit hardware or software (driver)? Thank you very much for the help.
