Jagged Images/Text From Pointer on MBP

I just started experiencing this today. I went out with my MBP and just got back to the office. Now, when I pass the pointer over text or images and even the dock, it leaves the text and images jagged for a few seconds. I did not change the resolution of the screen or anything for that matter.

What could be wrong and is there a fix that I am not aware of? It's a 2.2 SR MBP LG glossy.

Would you mind posting a screenshot for us? I'm not 100% sure I know what you mean. Sorry.

I tried it, but it didn't show on the screen shot. Anyway, I have an appointment with an Apple Genius today to get to the bottom of this.

Is that a 17" high-res model? Mine got this problem after few hours of use. Genius said that it was due to a faulty motherboard. I ended up getting a regular 17" model.
