Jaguar Release - Cat out of the bag

I don't know if anybody else has noticed this or not...

Go to the Apple Retail page. On the right side of the page, you will see:

We’re letting the cat out of the bag. Join us at the nearest Apple store Friday, Aug 23, at 10:20 p.m. for a special event introducing Mac OS X v10.2 Jaguar.

Sounds like there will be reduced prices and advance sales of Jaguar. Mac Outfitters will also be throwing a party for Pennsylvania residents in Pittsburgh, Doylestown, and Bryn Mawr.

Anybody know of any other places where there will be Jaguar parties? Anybody going to one?

they are having one here at our authorized retail shop, no apple store, but the next best thing. The Apple Stores are giving away free Macs, and I'd love to enter, but our store is only giving away free copies of Jaguar, one actually.

ah, I would just wait till morning , stuff going at 10pm to a mac store
