Jail breaking another's iPhone?

So I jailbroke my iPhone, and my friend would like me to jailbreak hers from my computer. Would I be able to stay logged into my iTunes account on my computer when I download the jailbreak to her phone?

Yes, you can jb it on any computer.
Doesn't matter if her itunes library or itunes account is not on that computer.

iTunes is only relevant in that the jailbreak process uses its ability to interface with the phone to jailbreak. The content or accounts in iTunes are not involved in any way.
