is there anyway i can downgrade?? im not bothered about unlocking to any network either

why not??

The 3GS requires permission from Apple to install a firmware file. Without this "signature hash" (also known as an SHSH) it is not possible to install any firmware on your phone. You can only get these from an Apple server, and only so long as Apple is still willing to sign the firmware. If you prepare in advance, it is possible to save the SHSH so that when Apple stops signing it you will still be able to install that firmware. You have not done that. These hashes are unique to each phone, so they can't be shared. And there is no way to generate them at this point (may be impossible); they can only be retrieved from Apple, and Apple just won't sign 3.1.2 for you any more.

Nobody here knows! JB come from two sources the Dev Team http://blog.iphone-dev.org/ And George Hotz http://iphonejtag.blogspot.com/ don't trust any other Jailbreaks or unlocks besides these two. nobody knows when they will do it George is busy in Collage and Dev Team does it 100% free so I'm afraid just have to wait! ;)
