I jailbroke my iPhone 6s Plus on 10.2. You can give it a try if you are feeling brave. iPhone 7 not supported.

I know there was some talk of this in the 10.1.1 thread, but thought this deserved its own thread.

iOS 10.2 is a better working OS.
Now what I do with an iPod Touch 6 with iOS 10.1.1 installed?

It mentions iPad pro. Assume this includes the 12.9?

Hoping to get some more use out of the device with a jailbreak.

pitty it doesn't support any of my devices, hopefully soon. Probably time to update them all to 10.2.

Semi-untethered, just like the current 9.3.3 jailbreak
not really, this new one you need to sign it yourself so only a 7 day window before you need to resign the jb again. In 9.3.3 there were dev certificates for a year.

What are you guys with iPad Air 2s doing? I'm on 9.0.2. Only have this device jailbroken for Kodi the odd time. Think I should upgrade to 10.2 and wait for more devices to be included in the jailbreak?

I know it says directly on the Yalu pages that 10.2 jb is for SE/6s/IPad pro but I'd still update original post to clarify that 7/7+ is still 10.1.1 only.

People might see this thread when it grows and jump the gun on the wrong device (the newest iPhone , so admittedly a popular one)

I can't wait for support for the 6 Plus

Here's hoping someone does the same for 10.2.

Does anyone know if 10.2.1 is supported with this jailbreak when it is more stable???

I'm curious as well. My phone is a iPhone 6 Plus on 10.2 so no worries there but I have an iPad Pro that has already downloaded the 10.2.1 (not installed yet though). I know usually the next iOS update breaks the jailbreak but I know things have been going differently timing wise. Anyone try this on 10.2.1 just for fun? Does it work?

No. Just tried it. Not supported. It just fails. :) Hope that helps.

It is tempting to download the 10.2 and rejail break. I am backing up my phone. So I can restore it after. But I don't know.... If it's really worth the effort :p

Is this confirmed? Just updated my iPhone SE to 10.2 and jailbroke. So far so good but unfortunately the package I want to install isn't ready yet for ios10.
