Apple TV Jailbreak 1080p Apple TV?

Rather new around here, just bought my Apple TV. And I love it so far, minus having to convert everything over to .MP4.. is there a jailbreak out that would eliminate the need for this? If this has been asked before I apologize, didn't see anything exactly answering this on the search.

Not jailbreak for the ATV3 as right now, but once it is avaliable, you will be able to stream your content no matter what format it is.
