I have an iPhone 3G running 3.1.3 firmware and i plan on jailbreaking it. I am debating between using sn0wbreeze or down grading 3.1.2 and using blackra1n. Just wondering which would be safest and easiest

i used snowbreeze to jailbreak, really easy and straightforward if u get the error just download ireb to avoid it

Avoid Snowbreeze. The author is a code thief and copyleft violator, and he's endangered the whole jailbreak community by including Apple code in his software. Anyone who cares about their jailbreak should avoid anything he makes.

I used red snow to jb 3.1.3

i never jailbroke my phone and it was my first time (did it last weekend)

Did I miss something someone created a JB for 3.1.3 firmware? I have a Baseband of 5.12 but fw 3.1.3, so I thought you could not JB???

2G and 3G phones on 3.1.3 have been jailbreakable since shortly after its release. Only 3GS phones on 3.1.3 cannot be jailbroken. Baseband 05.12.01 cannot be unlocked on either the 3G or 3GS (the iPhone 2G has not had a baseband upgrade for some time).

You were given the links you need on the two threads you started. If you don't slow down and start doing some reading and research, chances are you will fail. You seem to be very impatient based on some of your posts.

Im doing research ,but I can not find how to get the 3.1.3.ipsw. Im just asking where I can find it .Thanks

Well you haven't done near enough reading because you should be looking for the 3.1.2 IPSW and someone posted the link right on one of your threads, I read their post !
