i think im doing everything right when using blackra1n but when i make it rain, it just stays on entering recovery mode. any ideas??

I also was having problems jailbreaking with blackra1n and then I saw some videos on youtube like "how to fix blackra1n jailbreak problems". Then I was able to jailbreak my phone.

That used to happen to me when I had itunes running in the background. Be sure that itunes is not running and also make sure to kill the ituneshelper process as well.
