Jailbreak 9.02 install steps

Someone on the Jailbreak QA website posted this step by step approach to install the Pangu 1.01 with a Mac. I myself have not Jailbroken my 6S plus as of yet. I wanted to know if this guys process works without all the issues I've been reading about?

You definitely don't need an old iTunes. All my JB attempts (in Paralels 10) worked just fine with the latest one.
