Hi... is there any way to remove jailbreak settings in my iphone backup?

i want my phone to be fresh from any jailbreak... ive read that if restore and start as a new phone will do that but i still need my phone data like everthing except the jailbreak settings..

You can't selectively choose what to restore. It's all or nothing. But you can sync your contacts to the cloud, backup your photos to your computer/photostream and some of the simple stuff

Backuptrans Iphone Data Transfer 3rd party software will allow you to choose what to restore. I use it all the time. It's great!
