Jailbreak and SAM unlock issue

Hello,

I am unlocking an iphone 6plus using a jailbreak and SAM. Once I deactivated and then put in the new sim...the iPhone won't let me activate the sim card. It keeps saying there is a invalid SIM and the only thing I can do is make an emergency call or check wifi settings. Any help will be appreciated as I am an intermediate user of Jailbreak/Hacks and may be a little over my head

SAM route was closed more than 2 years ago and can't be used to unlock.

Either ask carrier to unlock official or buy an (expensive, beware of fakes) unlock online.
