Any way for a tethered JB? Mine still has 4.1 loaded on, but keeps asking to update to the newest.

ATV2 is still on 4.2.1 (based on 4.3). PwnageTool does an untethered break for the ATV2. I think you'll need the version from the second blog entry (4.3) on their site HERE.
