iPhone Jailbreak application still there after restore...?

Hi!

My iPhone (4) was jailbroken untethered when it was on iOS 6.1.2 a couple of months ago. I have jailbreaked my iPhone many times before, and just as before, my iPhone eventually started to get a little slow as I filled it up with tweaks. I got a little tired of the crashes and at the same time Apple released iOS 6.1.3. I was tired of my jailbreak so I updated to 6.1.3 and thought that everything would be fine...but no! When I was jailbreaked I downloaded an app called Free GiftCards and it didn't disappear when I updated! It was, and is, still there!

My question to you is: Can I remove this app without losing any data? The app won't show up in iTunes and it does not seem to be removable when the icons is in wiggly mode (see the pictures). The is working and fully functional.
Also, sorry if me english isn't very good.

To properly update when you're jailbroken, you need to plug your device to iTunes and click restore. It'll delete everything. You can make a backup and restore from backup however

Is that application something you installed from cydia or the App Store?

The thing is, I did restore my iPhone in iTunes a couple of weeks ago after a failed attempt to downgrade my iPhone to 6.1.2. But maybe it doesn't count if it's not in connection with the removal of the jailbreak?

You need full SHSH blobs to downgrade on the iPhone 4

Are you sure you clicked "restore" in iTunes and not "update"? It looks like you still have pages of apps even after restoring

It's because you restored from backup.
That's where that carried over from.
If you setup as new it will be gone.

Haha, yup! Learned that "the hard way".

I try to explain it as good as I can again
When I removed the jailbreak I clicked the "update" button in iTunes and updated from iOS 6.1.2 to 6.1.3.
When I, a couple of weeks later, tried to downgrade my iPhone and failed, I wanted to restore it. To do that, I clicked the "restore" button and chosed to restore from an backup. This is, as Applejuiced says, the problem...

And, darricksailo, to answer your question in the first reply: It is installed from Cydia.

Too bad...

Bu shouldn't it be possible to delete the application from the iPhones filesystem through a program like iExplorer or iFunBox? The app does not download anything and have, at least, 5 pictures in it. Doesn't that mean that those picture+all other data got to exist somewhere on the iPhones memory?

No, unfortunately not. Neither does it appear in iTunes.

You should be able to delete it manually with iexplorer if you find where all it's created directories and other files are spread out to.
It could be hundreds of locations though.
If it doesn't bother you and don't take too much space I'd leave it alone.

Yeah, maybe that's the best. It's just so irritating to have this one little thing lay around for no use. But I guess that's one of the risks with jailbreaking!
