I am on jailbreak and I reset all settings in the settings app to make my iPad go faster. I'm on ios7 an after I executed this all my jailbreak apps are not on the home screen an I can not search them. I recently found a way to get into all of the apps by using activator from settings, (I can still use tweaks in settings) I read the apps are stored on /var/mobile/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installation.plist and a different one but they are not in ifile I don't have them at all, can I get them back without restoring my iPad?

Try reinstalling any jailbreak app (for example, ifile or any jailbreak app that's missing on your home screen) and see if all your icons come back
