No you cannot. The current jailbreak is for 64-bit devices only so you would need a 5s or newer device.
Sure you can make a JB for your device. Just learn how to code, learn how to find exploits, learn how to make a jailbreak based off those exploits and then put it all together and you will have made yourself a jailbreak.
Now if you actually meant "…can I HAVE a jailbreak for this model ?" then no, you can't. MacManiac76 has already answered that question.
