iPhone Jailbreak/Google Sync

So I am super paranoid (and I apologize if I missed a thread talking about this), but has anyone who uses Google Sync with a free account jailbroken their iPhone? And does Google/Gmail Exchange Sync still work? I'm scared I'm gonna be locked out of Exchange syncing after jailbreaking.
