Hey!

Ignore my post from yesterday...

I've tried twice to jailbreak my iPhone 3GS running 3.1.2 and baseband 5.11.07. I used pwnagetool 3.1.4 for Mac. When I do it, everything seems to go smoothly. When I get to the end and have to restore with the custom ispw file, it runs its course and then restarts and still tells me I'm in restore mode.

What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions on another program? (I don't want a tethered jailbreak, I want untethered.)

Thanks in advance,

m

It's called a tethered jailbreak. You have to run Blackra1n a second time when you reach that point to restart the phone.
