Hello, Im new a this Iphone thing and Jailbraking... I have an IPHONE 3G 3.1.3. I want to Downgrade it to 3.1.2, so I can jailbreak it , but when I google 3.1.2. I get a lot of download web pages but what I get is not the ".ipsw"extension... Please anybody tell me how can I get those file, and how to jailbrake ... Thanks

First hint, stop the caps lock stuck and theatrics in your post if you expect to get taken seriously

A 3G can be downgraded and upgraded to any firmware version and jailbroken on any version. Go to iClarified or Hackintosh and get a tutorial or, you could just read some of the posts here, there are about 5 right at the top with your same issue.
