hello everyone,

i recently swapped out my 6 plus for a regular 6 and its come preloaded with ios 8.0. im asking members of the community whether its recommended that i jailbreak 8.0 or just perform an update to 8.1.3 (for those who do not know, 8.1.2 is no longer being signed by apple)? it seems 8.0 is somewhat buggy being that it was the first major build released, but maybe a jailbreak can alleviate some of those issues?

In My Opinion, lower version of iOS with a jailbreak always trumps a later version with no jailbreak.

That's just my thinking though. Any issues can likely be dealt with using tweaks and JB apps.

I say keep 8.0 and jailbreak and just wait for a future jail break

Depends on if you want Apple Pay or not and if you are willing to deal with some bugs....8.0 was pretty bad. I love a jailbroken phone and can barely deal with stock for many reasons, but I'd be tempted to just update to 8.1.3 simply for stability.
