Jailbreak iPhone 5 iOS 8.3

Hello-

Have an older iPhone 5 laying around, would like to JB it for testing purposes.

Since upgrading this to iOS 9.2 won't do me any good, I'd like to JB it on 8.3

I found Taig v2.4.5.. keep getting an error saying 'Apple Driver has not been found'

I even downgraded my iTunes to v 12.1.1

Where can I find this missing driver?

Any ideas?

I believe a Google search for 'taig missing driver error' points you pretty close to a site that hosts one. I remember having to do the same thing

Hey thanks for this. I installed it, and got 'Apple Driver Anomaly. Please Check'

Any ideas? Going to uninstall / reinstall iTunes.

Will Google that error

Not sure about that one. But uninstalling whatever driver shows up in your drivers, then trying the process described will probably work

Okay got it JB'd finally.

There was a link on the error message, used Google Translate to get to English.

1. Installed latest iTunes 12.2.35
2. Went into Services - the started and stopped "Apple Mobile Device" service. There were two listed, see link above.

After this Taig installed Cydia.
