Just a quick question....I am jailbroken and still on ios 6.1 with an iPhone 5. I haven't really paid attention to the recent jailbreak as I got my phone how I wanted it with the previous jailbreak. Consequently, I didn't see the need to upgrade to ios 7. Recently my phone has been freezing and going into safe mode...probably once every day or 2. Im guessing this is cause a lot of the tweaks I use were updated and optimized for ios 7? Im wondering if it would benefit me to upgrade now to ios 7. Is it even still possible to jailbreak ios 7? Im sure I could find these answers but Im too lazy to read through everything.

Also, if I am able to JB.....I believe I read that winterboard no longer works on ios 7? If so, does that mean all of the themeing is done by making changes within the system files?

Hopefully someone can enlighten me.

Thanks

Really?...Such entitlement...ios 7.1 has been released and patches jailbreak. 7.0.6 is no longer being signed so you are out of luck. Try removing tweaks and be careful what tweaks you upgrade while still on ios 6.

I'll do just that next time. Lazy and unappreciative. Duly noted.

!!!!!! Sounds good. It was sooooooooo difficult for you to write a sentence to answer my question. Would have taken me TONS of reading/sifting through threads to find the answer. Pat yourself on the back. Internet moral police is here.

To be honest, it isn't that hard. 7.1 was just released yesterday or two days ago. The forum is still flooded with them

Regulars on these forums will get tired when the same question is asked again and again in a new thread when there is already an existing one (that's still active). Try and relate from their perspective

But yea, you can't restore to a jailbreakable firmware at this time
