Hey Everyone, so I saw a new Jailbreak for the latest iOS 12 version is coming out within a few weeks and it will be able to be done without hooking up to a computer?

Couple quick questions? Can you still backup to iCloud once you jailbreak? Also, I assume you get more Android like features like Always On Display, True Widgets, etc? Do you still use the App Store for apps once you Jailbreak?

and IF you have to revert back (Like for me on the iPhone Upgrade Program) I assume I will need to revert back to real iOS, does your back up's come back over? I know once I beta tested a iOS and I lost all my backups on iCloud because the 2 different iOS versions.

Also, Am I reading correctly that those of us with the XS Max due to its a A12 chip the Jailbreak will not be available anytime soon? I have 12.1.4 installed also.

Answer to all your questions is Yes, but..you need to downgrade your iOS version to 12.1.1 beta 3 and you cannot restore your 12.1.4 backup to the lower version.

The upcoming jb is only up to iOS 12.1.2. In higher versions the bugs are fixed.
12.1.1 beta 3 is the only JB-able version which is still signed for dowgrade.

Can I find the firmware for iOS 12.1.1 and upgrade to that and not 12.1.4?

No only 12.1.1 beta 3, that is the only firmware Apple is allowing to downgrade to at the moment, and probably not much longer either.
