Hi everyone,

I had this question, a time ago i´ve jailbroken my iPhone 4S with Absinthe2.0.2.
But now i want to update my iphone to the newest firmware IOS 6.0.1.
So i went to this store to ask if it was possible without bricking my phone, and he said yes you could but you should do that from your iTunes and then Check For Updates and set up as a new iphone. And my question here was, is this true? and do other people do it the same way?

(by the way im not jailbreaking it anymore)

help me pleaase

i am trying to unjailbreak my iphone 4s without restoring the phone first and when i connect to itunes and hold the buttons down nothing comes up on itunes. also i don't know what the password is to restore the phone. help pleaseeee

Ask the legitimate owner for the password.
