Jailbreak without unlocking?

so i was wondering are there other ways of jailbreaking the iphone without unlocking it?

I jailbroke with no problem...

Yeah, i think i might have done it wrong.... so im haveing a friend come over tomorrow and he has already done it
but in the mean time i wanna see if there is anything else
