I have an iPhone 5 on the original iOS 6.0 and have not saved any SHSH in between. I want to know if I can jailbreak my phone and if so am I stuck with 6.0? Thanks.

As long as you are on iOS 6.0, you can jailbreak using evasi0n evasi0n.com

There is no way to update to any version 6.0-6.1.2 though if that's what you're asking

Correct. Also SHSH blobs are useless with A5+ devices
