Jailbreakers, do you have the "app" problems?

I was just wondering if anyone that has jailbroken their 2.0.2 software been plagued with the "app" problem, where none of the third party apps work and the ipod media is missing? I was thinking, if I did the fix for using cracked third party apps, that maybe even legit apps would not run into the damn DRM problems. Anyone to verify? Thanks.

People who haven't jailbroken their phones have had this issue.

I know that, my phone isn't jailbroken and I am having this problem a lot. My question is do the ones that have jailbroken phones have this problem? I am sure its a DRM issue, and I know you can put cracked apps on JB phones so possibly this will make it not occur. Just a hunch.
