iPhone Jailbreaking 4s 6.1.3 or Downgrading?

Hello

Sorry I'm new to the site so i'll say sorry for asking the obvious. I'm thinking of trying to jailbreak my I-phone 4s, however I'm reading up on it and I'm finding it might not be possible as of yet..

Does anybody know of a way for me to jailbreak it tethered or un-tethered or downgrading the software to allow it as i'm running 6.1.3???

Nope, on a 4S no jailbreak or downgrade possible on 6.1.3
