I have an iPhone 3GS, jailbroken, with sbsettings... and my battery life is fine... im at 50% for the day after a lot of toying around and gaming with it.

have you installed ANYTHING since jail break? anything at all...

You might need to tell us about the apps you've installed and currently in use; brightness level; watching video; listening to music; video camera use; are you using backgrounder; maps being used w/backgrounder???
