So right now I ham using Cydia and Icy, but what happens when Apple puts out an update or new Firmware, will this destroy my Jailbreak, or should I not install it...

I am just curious what I should do because I have everything all setup right now, but I am not sure what will happen when the new firmware comes out.

Don't upgrade the software through iTunes. In fact, if you don't know what you're doing, I'd recommend not trying to update the software even to a newer jailbroken version unless you feel confident enough to do it. If you do want to update, make sure you've got a jailbroken update and do it that way. Particularly if you require your phone to be unlocked via jailbreak, be very, very careful about updating.

heres what u can do, when a new software update comes out, download rock from blackra1n or whatever u used to jailbreak, i think its on cydia too. now make an account with them, then go to manage, settings, scroll down to the backups section, select the backup now thing, and click yes backup now. then go to itunes, and click restore, then click restore and update. now set it up as a new phone, jailbreak it, get rock again, and restore from ur backup. and wah lah! your rejailbroken on the latest fw version! good luck in a few months.
