iPhone Jailbreaks, Back Ups, Restores. Question.

My iPhone 5s lock button has become dodgy. If I back up my phone whilst jailbroken, then restore my phone, then restore from back up will Apple be able to tell that it has previously been jailbroken? I ask this because I'm going in to the Applestore tomorrow and I will probably end up with a refurbished iPhone. Also are SHSH blobs unique to each device? Or will I need to save my new iPhones blobs tomorrow? Thanks in advance
